Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Neurivox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Neurivox provides agentic AI services including AI chat agents, AI voice agents, workflow automation, AI receptionists, and lead qualification systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the individual Service Agreement executed between you and Neurivox.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Failure to pay within 14 days may result in suspension of services. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your AI agent within the first 30 days of deployment, we will provide a full refund of your first month's service fee. This guarantee does not apply to setup fees, custom development costs, or subsequent months.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to hello@neurivoxs.com. No long-term contracts are required. Upon cancellation, your access to the AI agent will remain active for the remainder of the paid billing period.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining the security of any API keys or credentials we provide, and ensuring your use of our AI agents complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Neurivox services for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or to impersonate individuals or organisations. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for material violation of this policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Neurivox retains ownership of all AI models, code, and infrastructure. You retain ownership of your business data and conversation transcripts. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data within 14 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law
For Australian clients: these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For clients in other jurisdictions: the applicable law is specified in your Service Agreement. Contact: hello@neurivoxs.com.
